FAQs

Q: Is there a registration fee?
A: No, the only fees you are responsible for are the tuition and monthly test/material fee.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: At this time, we accept check or cash.

Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Volume discounts are available for prepayments of terms longer than one month. Please contact us for an alternate discounted payment arrangement.

Q: How many times each week should my child come to tutoring?
A: To best maximize results, students are encouraged to come twice a week. If your child is experiencing trouble during a particular week, we may suggest a third session or a longer session like 1.5 hours so that we can play catch up (subject to our availability). A twice-a-week schedule also allow us to more closely monitor your child's progress to ensure he/she does not fall behind. It also gives us an opportunity to take your child ahead of the class.

Q: What is your availability?
A: Due to the high volume of students that we serve, all clients are assigned standing weekly appointments. This arrangement guarantees our availability. We always do our best to accommodate everyone's schedule. We are available on the weekends for clients who are unable to see us twice during the week, and also for those students who have an exam on Monday and would like to see us over the weekend.

Q: Do you offer one-on-one tutoring?
A: Due to the volume of clients that come here each day, we are unable to provide one-on-one appointments. Our program is designed to effectively serve multiple students in multiple subjects simultaneously. All appointments are given on a private basis in a group setting.

Q: My child wants a refresher before school starts. Can you help my child?
A: Absolutely. We customize lesson plans that cater to a student's needs and focus on areas of improvement, set both short and long term goals, and develop ways to achieve those goals. We offer summer programs and conduct review sessions during the school year.
